Are you feeling overwhelmed by administrative tasks but not in a position to employ someone on a permanent basis? Do you need some support but don't want the commitment of being an employer or hiring more staff? Then I am the assistant you need.

I provide a confidential, efficient administrative support service to assist you in your role; bespoke to you.

My aim is to make your professional life easier, giving you a healthier work/life balance and the space for you to think about your business.

Working with me is a simple, cost effective way of gaining support without the cost of an employee; you just pay for the support you need.

You can pay an hourly rate for ad hoc work or block book hours on a monthly basis.

The support I provide is tailored to you.  It's flexible and based on your needs with you, the client as the priority.  I understand the importance of building a trusting, strong working relationship.

Rates

I charge on an hourly basis at £30 per hour but track my time so you only pay for what you use during normal working hours (09.00 to 17.00) Monday to Friday.  If you need support outside of these hours, please let me know.

The professional me

My name is Shelley Woodley and I have over 25 years experience as a Business Assistant providing support to Senior Managers, Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors, Trustees and Company Boards along with their Committees.

 

My experience has given me a vast range of skills and knowledge to help you.  Every business and client is different so my service is bespoke.

My core values are integrity, confidentiality and efficiency which are essential for an excellent working relationship.  

I am a highly motivated, organised and adaptable professional who is used to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. 

The personal me

I live in Cornwall with my husband, son and Cairn Terrier cross dog. I am the team manager for my son's rugby team (utilising my excellent organisational skills!).

 

I enjoy gardening, walking, going to the beach and DIY.
